Silvercrest Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Review

Silvercrest Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Review

Our first unbox of the Silvercrest items was a pleasant surprise, the keyboard was of a fantastic quality, solid and very Apple in look and feel. It takes only two AAA batteries and because we had previously used wireless multimedia keyboards on our test machine all the functions worked straight away. It may be you have to install the enclosed multimedia software for the keyboard but we didn’t need to.

A really handy feature is the jog wheel and scroll wheel built into the keyboard. This gives you instant control over the volume of your computer and also the ability to scroll either in documents or when you’re in a browser page.

The mouse was also very solid and USB nano receiver is actually stored inside the mouse which again only takes two AAA batteries to power the mouse.

It boasts a 5m range and we have tested it easily at 3m so for distance it is ideal. As explained in the video review of the Silvercrest Wireless Keyboard and Mouse, when our computer was sideways on with the USB Nano receiver plugged into it, effectively facing us sideways instead of head-on, the mouse seemed to get a little confused and non-responsive at times, but if we were sat in front of the PC even at 3 meters we found no issues.

The keyboard and mouse comes in Black or White, we had the white one for review and it looks really smart.

For the price this is a fantastic wireless keyboard accompanied by a more than adequate mouse.
